PMC JG-MES system: an overview
PMC system will be used to monitor production status in real time, measure and track the work of production equipment, when the production equipment problems, PMC system will alarm to the workshop staff. The system will monitor the production of the beat time, equipment, the normal running time, failure time and production equipment failure. PMC system through the TCP/IP or OPC Ethernet protocol and field equipment (PLC, robot, field PC, other control system) for communication. PMC system also records the production of information and alarm information to the PMC database for future use of the report form.
